Getting help

Two ways to get answers in Onbixo: ask OnbiAI, the in-app assistant, for anything in the docs, or open a support ticket to reach our team directly.

Ask OnbiAI

OnbiAI is the help assistant built into your dashboard - the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, on every page. Ask it a question in your own words ("how do I target returning visitors?", "where do I add a teammate?") and it answers from these docs, with links to read more. It can also offer to take you straight to the right screen, or draft a flow or audience for you to review.

  • Answering questions is free - it does not use AI credits.
  • It only answers from the documentation, so it will not invent features - if something is not covered, it will say so and offer to put you in touch with our team.

Open a support ticket

For anything OnbiAI cannot resolve - a bug, a billing question, or a request that needs a human - open a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard. You will also get replies by email.

  1. Go to Support and choose New ticket.
  2. Give it a subject, pick a category (Billing, API, Account, Technical, or Other), set a priority, and describe what you need.
  3. Optionally attach a screenshot (PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF).
  4. Submit - you will get a confirmation email, and every reply from our team lands in the ticket and your inbox.

Your open and past tickets live on the same Support page; open any one to read the conversation and reply.

Tip

If OnbiAI can't answer your question, it can open a ticket for you with your question already filled in - just click Contact support when it offers.

Note

Not signed in, or have a pre-sales question? Use the contact form on our site instead - it reaches the same team.
