Plan & billing

Onbixo is flat-rate: every plan is a capped band with a price you can read on the page, and there are no MAU surprise bills. Here's how plans, upgrades, and invoices work.

Plan settings
Settings, Plan: your plan, MAU usage, upgrades, and cancellation.

Plans

There is a free tier and several paid tiers, each with a flat monthly price and a capped band of monthly active users (MAU). The free tier shows Onbixo branding on your flows and limits some features; paid tiers remove the branding and unlock the full toolkit. See the pricing page for the current bands.

Subscribing and changing plans

Under Settings → Plan you can subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or reactivate:

  • Upgrades may be charged a prorated difference and take effect right away.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
  • Cancel anytime - you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Payments are handled by our providers (PayPal, Stripe, and/or Paddle). You are never asked to store card details with Onbixo.

The MAU cap - no surprise bills

How the cap works

If your workspace reaches its MAU cap, new end users beyond the cap simply stop seeing flows for the rest of the period - already-counted users are unaffected, and the count resets each month. You are never billed for overage. An in-dashboard banner nudges you to upgrade if you want a higher cap.

Billing details & invoices

Under Settings → Billing you can set your billing details (including the information needed for GST invoices in India) and download your invoices.

Tip

Because billing is per person and a workspace bills to its owner, you can share a workspace with teammates without anyone paying twice. See Workspaces & teams.
