OnbiAI, your assistant
OnbiAI is the AI help assistant built into your Onbixo dashboard. Ask it anything in your own words - it answers from these docs, links you to read more, and can take you straight to the right screen or draft something for you to review.
Where to find it
Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every dashboard page, or open the full OnbiAI page from the sidebar. Type a question the way you would ask a teammate - "how do I target returning visitors?", "where do I add a teammate?", "why isn't my flow showing?"
What it can do
- Answer from the docs. Every reply is grounded in this documentation, with source links so you can dig deeper. If something is not covered, OnbiAI says so rather than guessing.
- Take you there. Ask "where do I see analytics?" and it offers a button that jumps straight to the right screen - no hunting through menus.
- Get things started. It can offer to draft a flow, build targeting, create an audience, add a language, or open the insights for a flow - always as a button you click, and always landing you in the editor to review before anything saves.
- Escalate to a human. If it can't help, it can open a support ticket for you with your question already filled in.
Credits
Asking questions is free - chatting with OnbiAI never uses AI credits. A credit is only spent if you confirm an action that itself uses AI (for example, letting it draft a whole flow). You will always see the cost before you confirm.
OnbiAI only ever suggests - it never changes your flows, targeting, or account on its own. Every action is a button you choose to click, and you review the result before saving.
Your recent conversations are saved, so you can reopen a past chat from the history icon in the panel instead of starting over.
