How is a monthly active user (MAU) counted?
An MAU is a unique end user who sees at least one of your flows in a calendar month. We count distinct users, not events or page views - so a user who triggers ten flows still counts once.
What counts against my MAU cap across workspaces?
Your cap is per account and spans every workspace you own. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month.
What happens if I go over?
New users stop seeing flows until you upgrade or the month resets - a graceful pause, never an overage bill. Users already onboarding that month keep going. See the explainer above.
What do I get on Growth that Starter does not?
Four times the MAU allowance, and A/B testing - the one feature Starter does not include. Growth also raises AI credits, allows up to 3 workspaces and 10 team members, and adds priority email support. Everything else - every flow type, the full targeting engine, unlimited published flows, and theming - is already on Starter.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, all self-serve. Upgrades apply immediately with a fresh allowance; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes - pay yearly and you get roughly two months free versus monthly. Toggle “Yearly” above to see the effective per-month price.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. Up to 3 published flows and 1,000 MAU, with a small “Powered by Onbixo” badge on your flows. No credit card, no trial clock.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via our payment provider, plus PayPal. Invoices are generated automatically, with GST handling for India.
