Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, installing the runtime, or otherwise using Onbixo, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Onbixo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and install tokens secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Onbixo.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The service

Onbixo is a no-code product-onboarding toolkit: you build guided tours, tooltips, checklists, a resource center, announcements, and surveys in our dashboard, target them, and install them on your application with a one-line snippet. We provide the dashboard, the hosted runtime, and analytics. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

4. AI features

Onbixo includes optional AI features (the OnbiAI assistant and in-editor AI shortcuts) that draft flows, targeting, and audiences, rewrite copy, and summarise a flow's funnel. You choose when to use them, and each AI result is a draft you must review before it is saved, published, or shown to your users - the AI proposes, you decide.

AI output is generated by an automated model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-assisted content before you use it. You must not use the AI features to generate content that violates the acceptable-use terms below, and you are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to the content you submit to them.

AI requests are processed by a third-party AI provider as our sub-processor; what is sent, and what is not, is described in our Privacy Policy and DPA. AI actions consume plan credits as shown on the pricing page. We may change, add, or remove AI features, models, or providers over time.

5. The embedded runtime

To use Onbixo on your site you embed our runtime script. You are responsible for installing it correctly and for the content of the flows you publish. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to load and run the runtime on the domains associated with your account, solely to deliver your flows. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the runtime, or use it to deliver content that violates the acceptable-use terms below.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Onbixo offers a free tier and paid plans at flat monthly rates. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed through our payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, and/or Paddle). Where applicable, we issue tax-compliant invoices (including GST invoices in India).
• Upgrades may be charged a prorated difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

7. Plan limits and monthly active users

Each plan includes a capped band of monthly active end users (MAU) and other limits (such as the number of published flows). These limits are enforced server-side.

The free tier displays Onbixo branding on your flows and limits certain features; paid plans remove the branding and unlock the full toolkit.

8. Intellectual property

Onbixo, including the dashboard, the runtime, and our trademarks, is owned by InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by law. These terms grant you a licence to use the service, not ownership of it.

Your content - the flows, copy, images, and configuration you create - remains yours. You grant us a licence to host, process, and serve that content solely to provide the service to you and your end users.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Onbixo to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Display deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious content, or impersonate others.
• Deliver malware, run phishing, or capture credentials or payment details under false pretenses.
• Interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security or plan limits of the service.
• Resell or offer the service to third parties except as permitted for your own end users.
• Send us end-user data you are not permitted to process, or use our runtime for unlawful tracking.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Your end users and their data

You are responsible for your relationship with your end users, including giving them any notices and obtaining any consents required by law for the flows you show and the data you send us about them. As between you and us, you are the controller of your end users' data and we are your processor; that relationship is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

11. Workspaces and teams

You may create workspaces and invite teammates with roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer). The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace and its billing. Owners may transfer ownership, and members may leave a workspace. You are responsible for managing your team's access appropriately.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to records we must keep by law.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for your own application and for the flows you publish.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

16. Miscellaneous

• These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the DPA are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or a notice on Onbixo before they take effect. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
