AI credits

AI actions in Onbixo - drafting a flow, building targeting, insights, copy, and translation - draw from a monthly pool of AI credits. Chatting with OnbiAI is always free.

How it works

• One pool per plan, shared with your team. Your credits come with your plan and cover every workspace you own - creating another workspace does not add more. Teammates you invite draw from that same pool, so if you are invited into someone else's workspace you spend their credits while you work there, and your own plan does not limit you. The pool resets on the 1st of each month, and unused credits do not roll over.
• Your share can be capped. An owner or admin can limit how much of the pool any one member may spend in a month, so a single person cannot use it all. You will be told if you hit your share.
• Charged only on success. If an AI action fails, you are not charged for it.
• No surprise bills. When you run low, Onbixo shows an upgrade prompt rather than charging an overage. You are always told an action's cost before you run it.
• A live meter in the sidebar (and on your plan page) shows how many credits you have left.

What each action costs

Re-opening a cached result (insights, or where-to-focus) is free - you are only charged when AI runs a fresh analysis.
