Notifications

Notifications keep you informed about your account and workspace without you having to go looking.

Where to find them

Open the bell icon in the top bar to see your notifications. Unread ones are marked; you can mark them read.

What you'll see

• Account notices - important information about your account or plan.
• Workspace notices - messages relevant to the workspace you are in.
• Announcements from the Onbixo team - occasional product or service notices.

Over-limit nudges

If your workspace approaches or reaches its monthly active user (MAU) cap, you will see a banner nudging you to upgrade. Past the cap, new users this period simply stop seeing flows - there is never a surprise overage bill. See Plan & billing.
