Account & profile
Your account is your identity across every workspace you belong to. Here's how to manage your profile and your data.
Profile
Under Settings → Account you can update your name and email address. Changing your email may require re-verification to keep the account secure.
One identity, many workspaces
You sign in once and can belong to several workspaces, each with its own flows and team, and a role in each. Your profile is shared across them; switch workspaces from the top bar.
Erase an end user's data
Under Settings → Account, a workspace owner can erase a specific end user's data by their id - useful for honoring a deletion request. This removes that end user's stored profile from the workspace.
You are the controller of your end users' data and Onbixo is your processor. See the Data Processing Agreement for how deletion and retention work.
Deleting your account
You can delete a workspace you own from Settings → Workspace, and there is no support ticket required. Deleting a workspace removes its flows and data. See Workspaces & teams for what happens to the team.
